Goodbye!
Well not quite goodbye it's more along the lines of if you want more please follow this
link. That's right it's my new blog at it's new (until I sort a proper domain for it) home.
I called it All About Nothing because that's the first thing that came to mind when I thought about my type of blogging. I don't tend to have a stringent focus and like to highlight/comment on anything that catches my interest. The tag line explains it best: "The Seinfeld of the Blogging World"!
It'll be random, it will be semi regular, hopefully it'll be interesting enough for you to keep coming back but mainly it will be all about nothing.
See you on the other side....

A Tale of Two Scottish Sensations
I don't know which is more sensational; Charles Kennedy admission of being an alcoholic or George Galloway ending up on Celebrity Big Brother!
(Yeah I'm kinda back to blogging by the way; I'm putting my slowness with the news comment down to being a little rusty…)

Extended break from Blogging.
I’ve decided to take an extended break from updating this Blog. Partly due to work and other stuff (i.e. life!) commitments and because I’ve got a little bored of it to be honest. The Blog has lost its way in recent months and becoming more a dumping ground for interesting news stories etc. But don’t worry, I will be back! I’ve a couple of ideas for a group Blog which should come to something in the near future. Check back here in a month or so for more on that and trust me there’s nothing like it in the Blogosphere.
Anyway, until I return here’s where you can find me: over at
Urban75 or embroiled with my usual cynicism in some political debate/discussion over at
Pickled Politics.
For now, take care and see you soon!

Jackson tells Blair to quit
A "stalking horse" arises...
"Glenda Jackson has said she is prepared to stand against Tony Blair for the Labour leadership.
But the Hampstead and Highgate MP, a bitter critic of the prime minister, conceded she may not have the support needed to mount a challenge.
Her comments will be seen, however, as an attempt to reignite the row over Blair's position and force him out of Number 10"
